Vibration Diagnosis

It is well known that performance of equipment employing large vibration amplitudes is sensitive to stroke value and angle. Finding these parameters at salient points of a machine gives a feedback on selection placement of vibrators/s which can immensely help in making changes towards perfection and greatly improved results. We have devised a simple but effective Vibration Amplitude & Angle Measurement Gauge in the form of stickers, which are as a rule supplied to our customers with every Sinex Motor Vibrators

These stickers have to be affixed on the machine to read off, just by naked eye without any tool or and instrument and carry out two simple calculation to obtain above said values with a fair degree of accuracy acceptable for all practical purposes.
