Based on our years of experience and data collection, we have prepared an adjoining table to help decide model and number of vibrator to be used for bin discharge application assuming a dry, not too fine or coarse material of medium flow characteristic and not a heavily stiffened bin.

An appropriate correction may be applied considering deviations found in actual conditions. We at "Sinex" are at your disposal and offer our services for this purpose. Please furnish following and other relevant information.

  • – Material data and its flow characteristics
  • – Dimensioned sketch of vessel stating wall thickness & stiffener details and illustrating flow problem encountered.
  • – Flow required, i.e. continuous or intermittant, manual or auto controlled and with or without synchronizing to someevent in parent equipment.
